I have disrespected my studio space. It has been trashed, unloved, and just sad. My studio is a garage in our backyard that can be a nice space to work in. I have spent many hours working away creating new things. Three years ago, I did a crash and burn and became unable to work very much. I became adrenal fatigued, Vitamin D deficient, and totally out of sorts. Two years ago they decided I had Fibromyalgia. This story is not about me being sick, but about my journey now that I am better. I have steadily improved each year getting a little better and finally in January of this year I decided I was ready to take my life back!

Reinventing my Studio Space

ReplyDeleteJust remember the way to eat an elephant... one bite at a time!
You are exactly right. I will just be glad when the elephant starts to taste better! Thanks for your support!
ReplyDeleteEach hour and each step is a celebration in itself. Glad to hear you are making progress both in your studio and with the Fibro. Always nice to have before pictures to look back to and to inspire others with the possibilities of transformation. Keep us posted.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your ability to maintain a schedule and determination - then maybe I would complete some of my long-term goals too! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could show you my studio space...! It's worse! I am also attempting to clean and move my space, I may need a back hoe! Good luck keep at it, and I'll try to keep up with your progress (it may push me along on mine too!)
